Dear EUFAPA members and APA friends,
The EUFAPA board met today with the local organisers of EUCAPA 2020 and came to the hard decision that EUCAPA 2020 will not take place in Elche in Spain in October 2020 as planned because of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. As a consequence, the abstract submission process and the international volunteer program are both interrupted. Those authors that submitted abstracts and those volunteers that applied will be contacted by the local organizers as soon as possible.
The EUFAPA board will now explore the possibility of creating a virtual opportunity to promote and disseminate research in APA and to connect our members during 2020. A further announcement will be made before the end of April outlining EUFAPA’s virtual plans and how members can get involved.
