The Norwegian national and international APA conference was held in Beitostølen, Norway between the 12th – 15th November 2022.
The theme of the international conference was capture the magic, participation for all. The event was postponed from 2020, to coincide the 50th anniversary of the Beitostølen health sports centre due to COVID-19. It was postponed again in 2021, an again from May 2022 to September 2022.
There were several keynote presentations, oral and poster presentations, as well as two workshops to build on the theme of participation. Around 130 people, including researchers, doctors, therapists, people with living with disabilities from around the world joined in the discussions. Included was a tour of the Beitostølen health sport Centre. The chair of the local organising committee was Tor Erik Nyqvist.
